I’m more than happy to liaise with your clients where necessary to arrange a convenient appointment time and run through some very simple guide-lines prior to the shoot in order to help them assist me in achieving the best possible results. I’m also very happy to work directly with anyone wishing to sell or offer their own property for long or short-term rental, looking for a higher standard of photography than many estate agents provide. While some agents now use DSLR cameras and may also have had some photographic training, understandably, photography is not their primary skill but rather one of several elements they utilise in helping you to find a buyer or tenant. Photography is my primary skill – it’s what I do – and in an era when the majority of property searches begin online, great photography will give your home the best chance of making that all important and eye-catching first impression to ensure enquiries and viewings occur much more quickly.
